To this end, Logitree accepts a variety of payment methods, including flexible leasing arrangements for most combinations of products and services. We also offer a variety of billing options (this form is
secure).
Logitree's proprietary database allows for invoices to report in detail all aspects of your interaction with us
to arrive at your solution:
- manufacturer name, part number, and when applicable, serial
number of all parts purchased
- what steps were taken chronologically by the assigned
technician(s)
- web site addresses, file names, network computer names,
application versions, etc. involved
- when and where work was performed, i.e. in-house, on-site,
remote, etc.
This not only gives you a reliable record of changes made to
your system, but also affords you the opportunity to learn more about what goes
on 'under the hood' of your system.
Client privacy is an obvious concern today. Logitree's privacy policy ensures that any information you submit to Logitree is kept confidential, and critical online information exchanges are encrypted.

Logitree places no restrictions on the location of clients served.
Travel Charges
Projects requiring the physical presence of Logitree's technicians will incur travel charges as follows:
- Free of charge for work performed at client locations
within
Orange County, CA, USA.
- $25/hour, 1 hour minimum, for any drive time related to
work performed at client locations outside
Orange County, CA, USA.
- $250/day, 1 day minimum, plus applicable airfare or other
travel expense, for any work performed at client locations beyond 4 hours'
driving range.
- These charges are per trip, per technician.
