With the design, procurement, installation, configuration, and testing stages completed, the "last but not least" stage of implementing a computing system is the management, also known as administration, of the system.  Without proper administration, even the very best system will not work trouble-free forever.  Although one of the main ideas behind implementing a computing system is to achieve automation of tasks, a variety of functions must be attended by a capable administrator.  Depending on the size of your business, maintaining a dedicated IT administrator or IT staff may not be economical.  If this is the case, rest assured that Logitree also offers a variety of system management solutions.

Logitree's administration procedures closely parallel our installation, configuration, and testing procedures.  We utilize skilled administrators to maintain your system.  Any given system involves different technologies.  Only administrators with a skill set matching these technologies will be assigned to maintain your system.  Every maintenance procedure provides a 'safety net', or more advanced level of support available to the administrator, should that administrator need assistance.  Detailed notes of every procedure are kept by the administrator.  These notes are included in the resulting invoice, both for your future reference and ours.  They provide you with the opportunity to learn more about the inner workings of your system.  In the event a problem occurs during the administration process, these notes provide invaluable clues as to what went wrong.
