During the course of any customer relationship, notes detailing symptoms reported by users and steps taken to resolve the issues are entered into Logitree's proprietary database and provided in periodic invoices.  This inherently creates a custom knowledge base for each customer, which can be obtained for internal use.



*Eligibility for business-critical status will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, in Logitree's sole discretion.  You will have the option of obtaining technical support for issues deemed NOT to be business-critical, which will be billed at Logitree's normal rates.
