Even when the design and procurement stages have been performed properly, the installation stage offers ample opportunity for problems to arise. Probably the most common problem encountered during installations is the installing technician's unfamiliarity with the technology being installed, resulting in mistakes that can cascade into a variety of problems. The absence of installation notes can further compound these effects. Logitree's installation procedures closely parallel our configuration, testing, and adminstration procedures. Logitree utilizes skilled technicians to perform installations. Any given installation involves different technologies. Only technicians with a skill set matching these technologies will be assigned to perform the installation. Every installation provides a 'safety net', or more advanced level of support available to the installation technician, should that technician need assistance. Detailed notes of every installation are kept by the technician. These notes are included in the resulting invoice, both for your future reference and ours. They provide you with the opportunity to learn more about the inner workings of your system. In the event a problem occurs as a result of the installation process, these notes provide invaluable clues as to what went wrong. |
