Procurement seems a simple enough procedure. However, unscrupulous vendors can take advantage of consumers in a variety of ways during this stage of implementing a computing system. There are undoubtably more ways than we can imagine but here are some that we are aware of:

repackaging (even shrink-wrapping!) defective returns of previous clients and reselling them to you
sale of knock-off products (manufactured under a name brand by another company)
deliberately mislabeling or misrepresenting products, for example selling a 1.7 GHz PC as a 2.0 GHz PC

Logitree's procurement procedures ensure that you get what you expect:

hardware and software are obtained from reputable distributors and when available, directly from manufacturers
we utilize just-in-time fulfillment , resulting in near-zero inventory
in the event an item is returned by another client, provided it is not defective, you will be given the option of purchasing it at a discount, or ordering an unopened item from our reputable sources

*Eligibility for business-critical status will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, in Logitree's sole discretion. You will have the option of obtaining technical support for issues deemed NOT to be business-critical, which will be billed at Logitree's normal rates.
